Pursuant to Section 13(1) German Telemedia Act (TMG), the provider of telecommunication services must inform its users about the type, scope and purpose of the collection and use of personal data in a clear and comprehensible manner. This information content must be constantly accessible to the user. Each company must inform the user that their personal data is being collected or used.

frogblue AG places great importance on the security of its users' data and compliance with data protection provisions. The collection, processing and use of personal data is subject to the provisions of current legislation and the EU Data Protection Directive. All information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person shall be considered personal data pursuant to Section 4 no. 1 GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).

frogblue AG uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses "cookies", which are text files placed on your computer to help the website analyse how visitors use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. If IP anonymization has been activated on this website, the IP address of the Google user within Member States of the European Union or in other States party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area will first be shortened.

E-mail security

Data transmission and logging for system-internal and statistical purposes
The user's internet browser automatically transmits data to the web server for technical reasons when this website is accessed. Persons who have not completed their 16th year of age may not transmit personal data to frogblue AG without the consent of the parent or guardian. Persons who have not completed their 16th year of age may only provide frogblue AG with personal information if the parent or guardian has given consent or if the persons have completed their 16th year of age or are older.
